One of the means to improve my teaching method is practical observation by a colleague or someone more experienced than myself.

    • Summary by my observer: Lecturer has executed a safe lesson. Lecturer is obviously knowledgeable in the subject area and more than competently delivers the lesson. The challenge for the lecturer is to up the ante and to see how he can continue to challenge himself to deliver even more interesting lessons. [Full report]
